The people are very nice. I live alone and very seldomly entertain or have overnight guests. I pick up and prepare my house before you come. I only have your service once a month.

I would like to have my kitchen and entryway tile floors cleaned with soap and water rather than just vacuumed or dry mopped. My wood floors look like they have a film on them after cleaning. They should look clean and shiny. I often provide a wood floor cleaner to be used. I am out. I will get more. I will also provide Mr. Clean to be used to mop my kitchen and entryway tile floors. Do I need to provide the bucket and mop as well?

Two rooms in my house do not get cleaned. The doors are closed as they are very cluttered. I hope to someday get them cleaned up so they can be cleaned. My basement, and two full baths are used very seldomly used maybe once a year. Because i am paying for all rooms to be cleaned, and very few are even used, I would like more time and attention given to my master bedroom/bath and my floors. Thank you.

Whenever i needed to reschedule my cleaning day, Merry Maids scheduler has always been kind and helpful with changing my schedule. The cleaning team of two ladies are experts with cleaning my townhouse. My place looks and smells so clean when the team is finished cleaning.

Everything. I would suggest keeping the scent of the cleaners low to not aggravate sensitivities to perfume.
