I'm happy with my girls--they do a good job and would do anything I think to help me
if I had something that I needed exrtra help with. Not sure what products they use, but
the house always smells good.

I was delighted at the extent of cleaning done - more than I'd ever have expected, but also there were really unusual touches, like things were back in the place they belonged, it's as if the cleaning team was comfortable I'd know they cleaned everywhere because I could see the shine. It was exactly true, too. Things like inside floor-level cupboards where dust and crumbs can slide but no other cleaning service I've used thought to clean were all as clean as the floors outside the cupboard door. In fact, this cleaning was just how I clean when I have time - by people who seem trained and happy to make a home a clean as they'd want it themselves. This is great stuff.

I like all the cleaning services my Merry Maids crew provide. They do an outstanding job on my bathrooms and kitchen particularly -- if I had to name a specific area.

Angela is excellent! I would recommend her to my friends but not the company. On 3 seperate occasions the house was left looking like someone started, then left after an hour when there are 2 ladies. Angela seems to be the only one who cleans like it were own home. I took photos of the mantal over fireplace where pieces of flowers had not Ben touched nor mirror wiped down, actually it seemed nothing in that living room. I made an appt to meet the supervisor at my home, left work in meddle of day and waited 45 minutes. The supervisor neither showed up nor phoned. When I phoned she said she could come in 1/2 hour, which by then my lunch was over. I took my lunch to fix your problem and you did not respect me enough R to cancel if you were not going to show. This has happened at least 3-4 times and I was promised a free cleaning, although I have never received.
Now that we have Angela only we are thrilled. As I said, she always cleans like she would expect if it were her home. So no, I do not advise friends, though many need, as I would be ashamed if they paid $150.00 and got the results we got over and over until Angela came alone. I would like to, but I just cannot trust it will be a good job unless they happen to get Angela. I had my last house cleaner twice a week for 15 years, I am very loyal when I am treated with respect. But a no show for an appt that cost me money to not see a client to have no one show up and no apology, I w quit then, but for Angela.
