Products are products. You guys could use Brand XYZ. As good as your products, and we like them a lot, your strength is your people. They are great. They are thorough, efficient, and personable. I get calls the day before, and the morning of service. We are thrilled by your company.

I love the steam mop. And the backpack vacuum. Each time Merry Maids cleans, they concentrate on a different room. The employees are so very friendly and personable. They do a good job cleaning; anything I notice that was not done, they happily do it. Sometimes a supervisor pays a visit to check on my satisfaction with the work done. I'm fascinated by the training the employees get. And the rag system. Different rags for each job. They are color-coded so the right rag is chosen for the job. They fold the toilet paper and paper towels into a V, then ad a Merry Maids sticker. Nice. But, where is the candy on my pillow?? lol

The quality of service, that your staff have a reference book with them so we do not need to explain our preferences at each cleaning and the supervisory spot checking to ensure it is done right not just when a team member may be new.
