Prompt and focused on completely cleaning every room - top to bottom - a 'spring' cleaning for us. All rugs were vacuumed and all hard surface floors were steam cleaned. Every washable surface was scrubbed - non washable surfaces were dusted. All fans, blinds, and shutters were dusted. Batthrooms and kitchen were scrubbed, fresh, and sparkling. Very satisfied with Merry Maids - and would have no qualms recommending to the most finicky of friends or relatives.
