Your personnel is curtious, efficient and through. In general I am satisfied with the products used, howerver I miss the "sent" of a freshly cleaned house, as your products are unsented. I realize many people are sensitive to sents, and most likely the company has chosen to use enviromentally friendly products,I prefer the sent of a freshly cleaned environment. Other then that, all is well with a rating of A+.

Girls are very organized and go to work as soon as they arrive. They have their assignment sheet which they follow. They are pleasant and courteous. I have very pleased with the work and services provided by Merry Maids.

The customer service is excellent! The team that works with me is always on top of everything. If there is a problem, they do everything possible to fix it and insure it doesnt happen again.
