The ladies are very thorough. My place feels,looks and smells wonderful when they are finished. They are also very flexible. For instance, my guest suite is undergoing renovation for awhile. When I asked if they could substitute cleaning the kitchen instead, they did. I might add that I only requested the floors needed to be cleaned iniitialiy.

I like the office, they always answer every question. The people who clean the condo, do every thing perfectly. Products are fine. They will help me something that does not involve cleaning. I am happy with the service.

Very detailed in cleaning.only thing I didn't like was my laminate floors(which I on't care for) were very dirty or dusty and so I found damp dust in places.Feel that the floors could have been more thoroughly vacuumed before mopping to avoid this from happening.

All is good. However, there always needs to be someone on the team that has been to our home before, because it's difficult to go over everything on a moments notice. This happened a couple of weeks ago and I had to remake our bed to replace the blanket that had been removed. Also, we are not always here when they arrive due to appointments, etc, which would make it very difficult for the gals.

The people showed up on time. Also several of them were here so the time was less than havng just one person here for a long time. More people was bett. Although they did miss a couple of spots. They can pick them up when they come back in 2 weeks.
