Always show up on time, usually send two people to clean so in and out quickly

I don't have to schedule a cleaning--it's planned and will happen. I can trust the ladies in my home and am not stuck there while they clean. It is a top-to-bottom clean. I LOVE that they will put sheets on beds. We have many guests, & this is a huge help to me. I love that they bring their own equipment. I have yet to meet an unkind cleaning person. All have been friendly and professional. I am so grateful that when I make a request or correct something, I am always met with a willing, eager-to-please attitude and never feel as though I am putting the ladies out of their way. Very good attitudes--ever one that has been in my home. I love the ease with which I have been able to reschedule when necessary. I love the reminder calls and the feeling that if I have a complaint or concern that Merry Maids wants to hear and will quickly correct it. I have recommended Merry Maids to 2 homes. The Brelands and the Millers.

I could not believe how clearance they got the bathrooms. They were very old, and the marble was that ugly Kelly green. I never got them to look that good. My husband said they were very nice and were hard workers. Could you tell me what brand of products they used? The tile floor looked brand new. What did they use on it? Great service!
