Your company did a excellent job of cleaning and were polite and curtious to me and my 78 year old mother.
The lady who came to our home in advance was very thorough in explaining
everything so we knew what to expect. The 3 ladies who came to do the
cleaning did a very good job.
The ladies were very sweet that they sent out to the house. When I called to ask about getting the floors cleaned they told me they steam clean hardwood floors and in my mind I guess I thought that would get up all the dirt off the wood floors but when I saw their little bitty steam mop I was shocked and knew at that time I had ordered the wrong thing. I needed a much bigger harder cleaner machine for the floors of this particular home. I'm sure for a weekly cleaning what they did would be great but this house was very dirty so the floors are sticky and black when we walk across the floor in our sock feet. They however did a great job on the bathroom tile floor. The kitchen tile floor I was not as happy with it. It seem to have left a film on it.
Products smelled good. Cleaned mini blinds are wonderful.

Pretty thoroughly cleaned..Looks like maybe missed light fixtures in bathrooms, but am new to service so maybe this isn't something that was to be dusted? But very pleased it looked and smelled good.
