The cleaning is very thorough. It always smells good and looks good when you walk in the door. Stains have been removed from toilet bowls and bath tubs. Hard wood floors are clean and shiny. I am overall very satisfied.

The two amazing women who come to my home enter with smiles and do not waste even a second. They leave my home spotless. I have never seen two people work as hard as these two ladies.

I now know which cleaning service to hire. I unfortunately used another service and was dissatisfied with their cleaning and they broke two items! So far they have apologized but not reimbursed me for the damage. Merry Maids, however did an excellent job cleaning for a price well below the other company. Very professional. We are very glad to have regular service with Merry Maids. Don't be fooled by any of the other The Maids

I like how the house smells clean, but not overly scented. I also like how each month a different room is specially cleaned.

Pleased with everything. The ladies are a pleasure and I feel so good about the house after they've been here.
A thought, replug in where they have to unplug to get an electrical outlet. Know we don't have enough, sorry, but it is hard for old people to get down and replug in when they forget. Occasionally do lampshades and top of curtains. Only once, was my floor sticky when they left, dirty water or product??????

The girls come in, know exactly what they are to do and get it done. All have been very polite.

Attention to detail...Robin & Carolyn did a wonderful job, especially in our bathrooms and kitchen (the deep cleaning)!

My carpet looks so wonderful after they vacuum...and the steamer they use on my kitchen floor is tremendous....

My home was extremely clean when I returned from work. It was a a relief to have the burden lifted of cleaning house.

Everything was done just as promised and even something's I wasn't expecting. I could get really used to this.

The women always are plesant and up beat when they arrive. My husband and I are quiet and out of t way and they go about thei business in a professional way. We love the cleaner in the comodes and the fragrance of the air spray. T hey really give this old lad some extra relief ,as they do such a good job.
