At this point, I have no complaints other than consistency can be an issue. Most of the teams are strong. Maybe a little personal follow-up on the job scene could help to clarify some of this issue. I am not an expert.

we were NOT as pleased with our last cleaning as in the two previous cleaning...a trash was not emptied...did not vacuum as thoroughly as in our prior cleaning...this cleaning was especially important due to a holiday entertaining schedule...trusting your next visit will be as thorough as visits 1 & 2...JRB

I don't have to schedule a cleaning--it's planned and will happen. I can trust the ladies in my home and am not stuck there while they clean. It is a top-to-bottom clean. I LOVE that they will put sheets on beds. We have many guests, & this is a huge help to me. I love that they bring their own equipment. I have yet to meet an unkind cleaning person. All have been friendly and professional. I am so grateful that when I make a request or correct something, I am always met with a willing, eager-to-please attitude and never feel as though I am putting the ladies out of their way. Very good attitudes--ever one that has been in my home. I love the ease with which I have been able to reschedule when necessary. I love the reminder calls and the feeling that if I have a complaint or concern that Merry Maids wants to hear and will quickly correct it. I have recommended Merry Maids to 2 homes. The Brelands and the Millers.
