The ladies were very sweet that they sent out to the house. When I called to ask about getting the floors cleaned they told me they steam clean hardwood floors and in my mind I guess I thought that would get up all the dirt off the wood floors but when I saw their little bitty steam mop I was shocked and knew at that time I had ordered the wrong thing. I needed a much bigger harder cleaner machine for the floors of this particular home. I'm sure for a weekly cleaning what they did would be great but this house was very dirty so the floors are sticky and black when we walk across the floor in our sock feet. They however did a great job on the bathroom tile floor. The kitchen tile floor I was not as happy with it. It seem to have left a film on it.
