My house is always clean (and it starts messy!). They are always prompt for their scheduled cleaning and are very flexible in accommodating our schedule the few times I've had to make changes to our cleaning date/time. They manage to do their job around my work-from-home husband and giant dog who I'm sure are in their way most of the time. We've been very happy with our decision to use the Merry Maids team.
