Unfortunately the most recent cleaning service (Apr 25, 2019) was not satisfactory. The Maids arrived at Noon, one hour and a half past the scheduled beginning of my apartment cleaning. I returned to my apartment, having vacated it at the usual scheduled time (10:30 am); I do not like to be present in the apartment while cleaning is being done. When I returned after Noon, the Maids were just beginning their cleaning. I was informed by one of them that they had provided service to another person in my apartment building first. I received no notification that the established schedule for my apartment cleaning had been changed. Subsequently, I was very uncomfortable being in the apartment while they cleaned. As a consequence, there were several areas where the Maids did not complete the service they usually perform. One Maid informed that this was her first time cleaning my apartment. She was also the one who informed about having serviced someone earlier prior to arriving, thus the lateness of their arrival to my apartment. She did not seem to be aware of the arrangement for the scheduled service. Assuming that this situation will not be repeated, I give a rate of 9 because overall the service has been excellent.
