I appreciate that I usually get the same maid for my cleanings. I appreciate that the maid arrives at the scheduled time. Also I like the text and email updates on arrival time. I don’t really care about the products as long as they don’t create new problems (bleach on bathroom walls take the paint color off my walls but this issue was successfully addressed so maids know not to use bleach in my house). I appreciate the office staff who are responsive to my needs.
