I like the convince of having a once a week service at a certain time. Although I have gotten to know most of the women, I find the standards are very close to the same great cleaners that I expect. I am pleased with that. The women are cheerful and helpful. I always look forward their weekly visit as it makes an amazing difference in the peace and calm when the house is clean.
The products used in my home are wonderful as there is no odor except the scent of a very clean house. Sometimes I can smell a whiff of cinnamon but that is all. There is no ammonia or bleach smell at all.

There are TWO components to Merry Maids of Asheville being "the best." First is the office staff...from your first evaluation of your home and what services you need. Professional, friendly and super helpful. Next, the office has the constant job of scheduling your home or office with their personnel, your schedule and even weather events. Most services I've used, simply tell you "can't make it." Merry Maids of Asheville works so hard to make sure your home or office is taken care of...on schedule! And last, but not least...their staff that comes to clean your home...I've used Merry Maids of Asheville for over 5 years and have never had a member of their staff be anything except professional, friendly and superb at what they do. Yes, some "clean" better than others...but there has also never been an issue that I've brought up that hasn't been completely addressed to my satisfaction.
