Everything smells fresh and always is done in a very timely manner. I have had no issues with the products being used.

They were hard working and efficient. But - they did miss some. I asked specifically to have the baseboards cleaned and the floor heat/cool registers vacuumed out as they had a lot of dust in them. Plus asked to have area between window and screen cleaned out. These things were not done very well. They wiped the baseboards in most places without looking at the spots and heavy coating of dirt and addressing them. they needed scrubbing, which I had explained to them. They did not vacuum out the floor grills. I had to ask them to go over the area between the window and screens again to get all the dirt out. The floors were mopped, but many dirt spots ignored and left.

I had asked for a thorough deep cleaning as were moving in to a new home and it really needed it. Perhaps a little better training is needed.

Merry Maids is a very well run business. I am impressed that there are so many long time employees which indicates a good work environment. They are always willing to work around my schedule when it changes. The persons that clean our house are always professional and do a great job.

The convenience of rescheduling if I have to, the friendliness of the ladies cleaning and office staff, and my cleaning is always done very well.

Your last cleaning was, I think, the third time I have used your service in our second home. Your cleaners have done an excellent job every time. Mary cleaned twice and I had asked for her this last time, but she was unavailable. I was very happy with the two who came. Since we are spending more time here, I have decided to use your service more frequently. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for providing such good crews.

i was moving out and I am disabled. my old landlord forced me out instead of making legal repairs to the unit to remain habitable. i had to leave in a hurry as I am on oxygen. Merry Maid came through and cleaned it perfectly while i was moving into my new place. they even took pictures as proof for my old landlord. they came same day and they made it perfect,

i will use them from here on out! i do recommend.

I like: that I can depend on someone coming on the day we have agreed upon; that MM lets me know when the cleaner is on her way; that you are bonded and I feel safe giving MM a key.

I like to have the same cleaner each time (Reba) who understands my needs and does a good job.

I do feel MM price is a bit steep.
