I like the green products used by Merry Maids, the team (Kelly & Tammie) dependability and consistency. Always helpful and professional. One suggestion is to use the Bona Deep Clean microfiber pads for deep cleaning of hardwood floor.

Sasha was very nice but I can wipe things down. I wanted a deep clean foo a move out. While it saved me some time, I had to go back and redo those things that needed to be scrubbed.

The lady who came to me, Ernie, was professional but friendly and did a wonderful job of helping me get back on track. I had been embarrassed to have someone come into my apartment to clean as I have been unable to keep it up. She even went so far as to clean my microwave even though that wasn’t on the list for the day. I can’t wait to make future appointments.

Excellent Deep Cleaning

We love that we always have the same wonderful person who is so sweet and diligent as she cleans. Megan is very thorough and careful with all our things. Our house always looks spotless when she is through. I don't know if all your cleaning people are this good, but I hope so.

Abigal arrived on time and was ready to start. She thoroughly cleaned the my 3 story townhome. I have no complaints and would love to continue working with Abigal to keep my home clean.

Staff, Abby was very courteous and polite and respectful of my property and cleaned all surfaces as requested in contract. Her supervisor who came in to help was also very professional. Cleaning products used did the job and no lingering odors or smells. I would request Abby again.

They were very efficient and thorough

First, the maids are honest. I let then clean my house while I am not present and nothing has ever gone missing. My house smells nice after the maids have cleaned it. The maids work hard.
The products they use do the decent cleaning job and do not seem to harm any of the surfaces on my house.

Most of them work effectively and give a handsome look. However where painting is needed, sometimes products don't take off marks. On the whole, however, the products are excellent.

We appreciate the service provided by the team, Kelly and Tammie, that clean our home. They are professional, friendly, and efficient.
