Tiffany was efficient & did a very good job of cleaning my home. This was the 1st time I had my home professionally cleaned & I was very pleased with the results. My lab retriever sheds constantly & leaves her hair everywhere. Tiffany did an exceptional job of removing hair from my furniture & rug & the products she used to clean left my house smelling great. No doggie odors left!

The services plan and approach to cleaning is very good..the products used are effective. I think the approach makes it very easy for the people cleaning to have a consistent plan of attach to all jobs.

I am very happy with the people who come to clean. They are very competent, and pleasant. Not sure what products they use, but the house is clean and shiny without strong unpleasant chemical smells. I have used Merry Maids for years and would highly recommend them.

Professionalism and complete cleaning

My husband and I were so very pleased with our first cleaning last Friday! The ladies did a thorough job. Our kitchen appliances and sink haven’t shined like this since you stopped cleaning our home when Covid hit. We are so thankful!

I only have 2 minor issues to address. 1) My upstairs bathtub has visible dried dirt that needs to be wiped off before it can be used. Also, I was hoping that since it was a deep clean the first time around that our jacuzzi jets would be thoroughly cleaned but when I moved the nozzle in a couple of the jets, there was wet brown dirt. 2) My husband’s office in the basement was dusted beautifully however, they didn’t remove the 2 cups of pens/pencils and a pencil sharpener leaving a lot of dust behind in that area.

That said, please make sure the ladies know that we are so pleased with their work and sincerely appreciate their efforts in giving us a shining home!

My cleaning instructions were followed very well. The result beautiful floors.

They get to know the job and take pride in their work, which is a very important factor.. I feel as well. l that I can depend on them. They do not waste time in accomplishing what is needed to be done., but also will put textra time in when reasonable and required.

While I like your products, I also would like to occasionally make arrangements for use of my products with the office, which can be negotiated with an agreement for me to to take responsibility for using them. for special jobs, ..

It is good to know that while the office needs to frollow certain protocols that they also are amenable to discuss with the homeowner when a matter reasonably comes up regarding the plan for the home. .

.For example if a homeowner is short and aged and a member of the cleaning team is tall, it can be worked out that the tall person on the cleaning team checks an area that is too high for the homeowner to safely reach ., when this is discussed in clear detail with management..

Merry Maids management does support the principle of good two way direct communication with the Homeowner when a question of responsibility arises and there can be a reasonable and fair solution..
