Wonderful care and cleaning by the team that came to the home.
After the job, I had trouble setting the alarm and had to work with the alarm service to find that one of the sensors was off. Next time, please let the homeowner know that a sensor has been accidentally moved. It will be appreciated.

Kayla & Katie came and cleaned and did a phenomenal job! They asked thoughtful questions during our walkthrough to see what preferences we had. They were very thorough and had me double check rooms after they were done to make sure nothing was missed. We have very hard water, and the ladies were able to get most of the hard water stains out! They were great with our dog, who sometimes doesn't love new people coming into our house.

So far the service has been excellent all around.

Appreciated the last minute appointment for a move out service of a 2,700 s ft home. Floors (multi type), baseboards, light fixtures, appliances, and all around general room cleaning was great. Misses 2 items but all in all was nice to have the help.

The service that I've received has been such a blessing having a dog and trying to keep a house clean. I really don't have any time during the week. And the weekends I'm always playing catch up.

I loved how shiny my sink hardware was, clear dusting, thorough cleaning. I was nervous given the cost whether or not it would be worth it and it was such a great clean.

Service is always on time. I also like that when there is bad weather you don't send your people out. It shows you care. My cleaning girl does a wonderful job and always pays extra attention to details.

Megan always does a great job cleaning our home. She is dependable and committed to her work.

Megan (Towson) does an excellent job of keeping my apartment clean. I never have to go looking for things after she cleans an area. They are always either back where they were or within a close visual proximity. It’s obvious that she always puts in a little extra effort every time she’s here, like shelves with knick knacks being clean or a couch blanket being folded. She gives Merry Maids a very good name.
