Merry Maids puts a nice soft shine on things! My cleaning team works efficiently, without wasting time, and completes what is necessary and expected! They can also adapt to surprise visitors and to fill in with fixing up that extra bed when necessary. I like to have fresh flowers in my home, and they also keep the water fresh and the arrangements looking well and also my scenic balcony looking well, which is a handy extension of my dining room, that is when the weather permits.

They know my home and usually come well prepared with Merry Maid products and also put the extra effort into what sometimes requires it such as the tile and hardwood floors and stone counters .They take pride in a job well done.

I am impressed by your reliance on actual washing of surfaces, in place of dry- or damp-wiping of surfaces, in the deluxe-level services provided.

Your disinfectant for bathroom surfaces is highly effective, and has a mild, non-perfumey fragrance.

Wonderful care and cleaning by the team that came to the home.
After the job, I had trouble setting the alarm and had to work with the alarm service to find that one of the sensors was off. Next time, please let the homeowner know that a sensor has been accidentally moved. It will be appreciated.

Kayla & Katie came and cleaned and did a phenomenal job! They asked thoughtful questions during our walkthrough to see what preferences we had. They were very thorough and had me double check rooms after they were done to make sure nothing was missed. We have very hard water, and the ladies were able to get most of the hard water stains out! They were great with our dog, who sometimes doesn't love new people coming into our house.

So far the service has been excellent all around.

Appreciated the last minute appointment for a move out service of a 2,700 s ft home. Floors (multi type), baseboards, light fixtures, appliances, and all around general room cleaning was great. Misses 2 items but all in all was nice to have the help.

I loved how shiny my sink hardware was, clear dusting, thorough cleaning. I was nervous given the cost whether or not it would be worth it and it was such a great clean.

Service is always on time. I also like that when there is bad weather you don't send your people out. It shows you care. My cleaning girl does a wonderful job and always pays extra attention to details.
