The staff is efficient and work well as a team. The products seem somewhat different than the last time I used your service. It smelled more like Murphay's Oil when you left but the new sent is okay.

The staff is friendly, prompt, honest, and reliable. I am able to speak English with at least one person on the team. They follow instructions and I rely upon them because I am a bachelor who doesn't know how to clean. They do a great job cleaning the stove top. One negative comment is that during their most recent visit, they didn't clean up debris from a house plant in my sunroom and they didn't clean one bathroom at all. Otherwise, they do an excellent job.

I like that the team always arrive on time, courteous, friendly and ready to work. The team is usually one that has been at my home before so I provide the team leader feedback from the last visit plus any new concerns. The team is in and out in an hour, depending on number workers on the team. The products used clean well without harming surfaces and leave a pleasant odor.

I like having the same team as they get to know me and the house. I showed them how to take the vaccuum apart which makes it much more managable and I take it upstairs as they always do that area first.They can take it apart when finished upstairs and bring in down to finish.

The products seem fine. I do wonder what you use on the tile bathroom floors as on some occasions, I have found them a little sticky when barefooted.

I like that the MMteam arrive at our home on time and ready to work. I like also that if I find something amiss after a scheduled cleaning day I can call and have a team return and fix any problems.

In addition to the other responses I have elaborated on previously, we truly appreciate the flexibility of maid scheduling to accommodate our own personal schedules a few times each year. The schedulers do not hesitate to skip a month if necessary, or move the set date a few days or a week if requested. They handle each request without complaint or reprisal.
