Your friendliness, reliability, communication and the work ethic of your maids. We most appreciate knowing that the maids who enter our home have had background security checks, that they are bonded and insured, and that they both speak and understand English. We also appreciate that the same two same maids are assigned to our home each month, as frequently as possible.

The ladies do a great job but I would like to have one of them clean the edge of my tub where it is close to the glass door meet. It has not been cleaned properly. Also, please keep just two ladies to do the jobs. Thank you.

Reliable, thorough, and customer friendly. Ocassionally some some part of the service will be skipped, but will be covered at next visit. Recently, at least one bathroom vanity mirror was not cleaned.

The cleaning crew are always very professional and friendly. Their work is outstanding. I am never disappointed when I come home after the crew has completed their work. The crew members are thorough and reliable. The administrative staff is responsive to special requests (e. g. Change in schedule). Whatever products are used are effective in cleaning. I have been a client of this franchise for over 20 years and have recommended them to family members, friends and neighbors.

Am I wrong that the flyer you leave says that bathroom doors are supposed to be wiped down. I have never seen that.

Everything. The ladies work very hard, and we are so glad, because we all need the extra help in our home. The only thing that we don't like is the air fragrance of cinnamon. But that is easily rectified. The owner, "Mike", is very approachable to accomadate our wishes. When our house is cleaned, it is truly a "great day!"

Reliability, thoroughness, and friendly customer service. On occasion following cleaning of master bathroom shower there is a very strong scent of bleach!!
