I am currently waiting for a credit of $100 to be applied to my account, since I was overcharged in March. I was told that it would be deducted from the May service and it was not done. I would like someone to call me and send me a check for $100 to resolve the credit that is due.

Everything looks thoroughly clean when the ladies are finished. Everything smells fresh and clean. The bathrooms are particularly well done, for instance, even the shower stall track is scrubbed and spotless and shiny and gleaming. The women are friendly, and since my husband works at home and I am usually here, they are always willing to work around our schedule while in the home, and very cooperative. For instance, I have health issues, and if I am having a bad day, they will go to work on my bedroom and bathroom immediately and finish everything in just in that one room immediately so that I can go back to bed. It means so much to me to have such nice people working here, and I am especially fond of Ana and Anucena (sure I am not spelling that right).

They do a terrific job in taking care of their work. Mike, I this time I would like to let you know that I do not wish to sign for another year, as I find myself growing weaker with my many ailments. If its OK by you and the company, I would like to continue with the same schedule of every three weeks with the same two ladies. I went to see an Orthopedic doctor for my right knee and he will think about having surgery. In the meantime, I am going to see a spine Orthopedic doctor for my two herniated discs and an Arthritic condition of my spine. I think of having surgery instead of constantly taking pain killers which eventually would make me dependent on them and possibly get worse.First name removed

The Maids are quick efficient, and we love the smell of the products they use to wash the floors!

The services are dependent on the personnel providing those services - I have always been satisfied with the responsiveness of the office staff (Mike, Verda, and Erin) and the friendly professionalism of Shirley and Nidia, the team that usually cleans our home. Maria and her team have, in general, also provided good service. My only concern, a minor one, is that the names of the team members are not always noted on the sheet left in our home. I very much like to know who has been in our home. Thank you.

The maids are thorough, polite, and honest. Some "extras" they do, like cleaning the slider tracks, dusting the fan blades, dusting picture frames - these are much appreciated.
