If its OK by you and the company, I would like to continue with the same schedule of every three weeks with the same two ladies. I went to see an Orthopedic doctor for my right knee and he will think about having surgery. In the meantime, I am going to see a spine Orthopedic doctor for my two herniated discs and an Arthritic condition of my spine. I think of having surgery instead of constantly taking pain killers which eventually would make me dependent on them and possibly get worse.First name removed

The Maids are quick efficient, and we love the smell of the products they use to wash the floors!

The services are dependent on the personnel providing those services - I have always been satisfied with the responsiveness of the office staff (Mike, Verda, and Erin) and the friendly professionalism of Shirley and Nidia, the team that usually cleans our home. Maria and her team have, in general, also provided good service. My only concern, a minor one, is that the names of the team members are not always noted on the sheet left in our home. I very much like to know who has been in our home. Thank you.

The maids are thorough, polite, and honest. Some "extras" they do, like cleaning the slider tracks, dusting the fan blades, dusting picture frames - these are much appreciated.

I like the fact that we have the same team assigned to clean our home each time. It is nice to know that we can expect consistent service. I also appreciate the flexibility, so that if we need to change days or ask for afternoon instead of morning service, the team is almost always able to respond to that request.

Do a good cleaning.

The house always looks great when we get home from work. I love that they vacuum the dogs bean bag. It confuses the dogs but the humans love that you can see the bean bag for a little while.

I am most focused on the assignment of a regular team. One of the women has been coming to my house for years and a second is now a regular with her. I trust them; the house feels great when they leave; and they are comfortable with my dog.
