The ladies can be relied on to come even when the weather is nasty. Whenever I needed a little assistance they have been willing to help. An example is our son recently moved out and the carpet in his room was in bad shape. My old vacuum cleaner could not do the job, so I asked if the Ladies could vacuum the room. I am not sure the products making much of a difference, but we like the little touches like the folded toilet paper and the scented vacuuming. Obviously this is only good if the actually cleaning is good. Schedule flexibility and ease of contacting are also huge pluses.

They come as scheduled, and I can call to find out approximate arrival times. They are sensitive to the homeowner's pet peeves (dusting under the beds and cleaning the baseboard.) The ladies are always organized, and extremely pleasant.

I like that you are dependable and my apartment feels very clean and fresh when get home. Also, while I know my cat hates vacuum cleaners, he never appears over traumatized by the cleaning.
