It's about the people. In my experience with Merry Maids, 95% of the "maids" have been wonderful. To me, that's what makes the service worth my monthly costs. I also appreciate that they regularly send out a manager to check up on the ladies and their work. It takes the pressure off me! In the past, I hired my own independent lady. It was a pain in so many ways! While this luxury for me is not cheap, I have enjoyed the service !
