What I like about the products used in my home: My floors are so much cleaner due to using a steam mop and multiple sh'mop bonnets. I appreciate that many micro fiber rags of task specified colors were used to prevent cross contamination. The cleaning solutions seemed to do as good a job as any and left the house smelling clean.

What I like about the service: Two maids arrived on time. They were friendly and cooperative. They seemed very thorough, starting at the top of the room (ceiling) and working their way down. I was satisfied that they did a careful, unrushed job. I felt that they cared about what they did.

We enjoy having a clean home. The ladies are nice and efficient.

Almost always the team consist of at least one who has been here before which makes it easier for them. The last group had Pa who is a good leader.

The women who came to clean my house were efficient and thorough for the most part. They missed a few things but those issues can wait until the next time they come. I'm pleased with my decision to use Merry Maids.

Efficient, timely, courteous, and thorough

The only thing I would request is better cleaning UNDER things (I am talking about very light weight things) I have very easy to move plastic wrapping paper boxes under the only bedroom they are contracted to clean) I have 3 bedrooms and 1 laundry room they are not to clean. I also have very lightweight rattan furniture in my family room that they don't really clean well even though I pull the furniture out from the wall for them.

Nothing better than walking into a clean home....Thank you Merry Maids!

I love the personalized service. The ladies that come in for us (Naz and Maria) are amazing. They have the attention to detail needed for our needs. They are very good at the steam cleaning, making sure that there is no cross-contamination, and are friendly and fun while here. They are always willing to answer any question and address any concerns that we might have.

I have already recommended them to one of our neighbors and will happily do so in the future.
