Cleaned the house well, house was very dirty, missed a few spots, but all went well. (This was a rental move-out, so you can imagine how dirty it was to start.)

For me, it was the response time to my need plus the crews ability to assess the need and get to the issues. They worked diligently for the entire period and left only when I was satisfied that what I needed had been done. They also pointed out a couple of things I had not thought of and attended to them as well. When the need arises in the future, I will be calling.

The people are just the best. They are thorough to the max. They are wonderfully polite and friendly. The cleaning products are absolutely fantastic. I seriously want to get my hands on the product they dust with. Every surface is shiny. The house is always sparkling clean and smells wonderful. I would like to add that Noz is a wonderful professional person who cleans with a discerning eye.

I will like clarity at onset on all services provided.
Workers come in get job done with only ever having missed a few areas to go back over. This does not happen on every visit just 1 or 2 times. Products get the job done and have a very pleasant scent. Overall very pleased with the service.
