Cheerful staff, strong support from office,
I like that I can count on Merry Maids to be there on the scheduled day and time. I like that they know what to do at my house, meaning that I have specific requests and they fulfill them. I like that they use their own good products except when I have specific products I ask them to use in specific areas. So I guess what I’m saying is that I like the customized service!

The team came in the house obviously with a plan and tackled each room. I had to answer very few questions and give very little direrction. I liked that I would hear them occasionally talking and laughing as they were working. It appeared that they enjoyed what they were doing and working together. The rooms very very, very clean when they finished.

Pleasant and efficient staff. House is well cleaned and there are no obnoxious odors from cleaning solutions. Arrived in a timely manner, courteous and friendly, work quickly and quietly, finishing in reasonable amount of time and respectful of our possessions.

Basically we are pleased with the service as well as the products. The only product that we have substituted is the cleanser used on the tile floor. The rug cleaning service suggested using a product that will prevent the grout from darkening.
They did a wonderful job on my home, all aspects of it. I was thrilled with our first cleaning with Merry Maids!

The cleanliness and fresh smell when I come I to my home was a delightful surprise! I love that they worked to remove the hard water scale from our faucets, which has been there long before we purchased the home a year ago. I was getting ready to replace the hardware, but with the scale almost gone, I’ve rethought my original plan!
