Service is consistently professional. In the couple of instances when there has been an accidental breakage, Merry Maids handled it extremely well -- professionally, ensured no inconvenience to me, etc.

I don't know much about the products, since I am not always there, but I am so very appreciative of the work that the Merry Maids and the staff do in my home. When my wife and I get home, the house is clean and has that fresh smell that makes arriving a real treat. What is more, the team goes above and beyond all the time. For example, if we have left an area messy, the team does not just work around the mess; they carefully clean up papers on a table or counter and make sure to clean. Everything is always neat and I can find everything afterwards. Even better, if I forget to wash dishes from breakfast that morning and I leave them in the sink, I find the dishes cleaned and put in the rack to dry. The service the team provides is wonderful. When I do happen to be home, it is great to see the team members and the dilligent effort they put into their work.

Everything looks shiny and clean, but I'm not overpowered by the smell of cleaning products. I like a neutral smell.

Our kitchen stovetop and toaster oven haven't been so clean in ages. The team has gradually been scrubbing away cooked-on layers of grime from the burners. Amazing!
