I really love that our team cleans the furniture...we have a large dog who drops hair like it's his job and our team does a truly excellent job of getting all his fur out of the couches. I also love the way the floors are cleaned ... they shine and sparkle after a cleaning. Our team also pays attention to details like the inside of the microwave and coffee maker.

The crews are honest, dependable and reliable. An email to the office about a problem or a service day that needs to be cancelled is promptly solved and understood. Before the hurricane, I contacted the office because I was due for service on one of the days and we agreed on an alternative day in a few minutes.

The ladies who came to clean did a very thorough job. Solodad, was very polite and kindly walked me through the hard work completed by the staff.

1. No odor/fumes....except for Tilex, and Merry Maids did ask in advance if it was OK to use it.
2.Merry Maids did not rearrange my things...pill bottles, papers, etc....as I asked.
