Your staff generally does a thorough job and are very courteous. Of course, no one is perfect. Occasionally, they forget things. For example, two months ago, despite focus on the kitchen, they didn't clean the plates under the stove's burners. And, last time, they didn't clean the upstairs toilet. But I certainly would recommend your company to others.
