The staff is courteous and organized. They are always pleasant and work very hard while they are in my home. They take their time with cleanings and routinely surpise me with their level of attention to detail. On the occasion where there is a problem, they are quick to make it right. The vacuum used does a much better job than my own vacuum, and whatever is used to clean the sinks and polish is marvelous. Plus, I must tell you about the most recent visit. As our girls were leaving, one of them mentioned that she had found $20 on the bathroom floor, and had left it for us on the sink bench. I wish with all my heart that I could remember her name, but we were so impressed at her honesty. We are delighted with the service.

The Maids are polite, thorough and careful when they clean, as well as trustworthy. I have had them for years and had no problems.

I like knowing the big stuff gets done like dusting all surfaces and vacuuming and moping all floors, and surfaces of bathroom. Not crazy about the products. They clean the surfaces but some of them attract bugs. A little too green for me.

My home smelled clean but not like a hospital or citrus grove. It was only the first cleaning, but the nooks and crannies looked good. I have high hopes for subsequent services!

I like that the ladies focus on deep cleaning a different room each time apart from the usual cleaning that they do. I also like that they make adjustments for special needs such as wearing shoe covers etc. I especially like that they use a mop on my hard wood floors makes such a difference. They even get the edge and underside of the counter tops!!!

We have been pleased through the years with all the "Maids" we have had. All have been pleasant and have worked hard. Alberta and Elena were an excellent team and I am sorry that Elena has gone. Iranes is working hard. Alberta is exemplary. I don't know much about the products except that they are "green" and seem to do the job. I did recommend Merry Maids to a friend several years ago and she has Alberta also!

Everything is wonderful except the kitchen floor. It is hard to get really clean, and needs a good scrubbing each time.

I have a regular schedule, my house gets cleaned and I don't have to do it. No objections to the products. The office personnel has been very attentive and cooperative with my requests also. Thank you, from a long time client.

I have never seen my kitchen sink so clean, and your vacuum must have galactic powers - the job you did on the wall-to-wall carpets was amazing! The team was quiet, efficient and very professional. All great qualities for a job done while I work from home.

Items are neatly picked up but not put away in places we can't find them.

As of now, we've only had one housecleaning, but I was extremely satisfied with what was accomplished on that initial cleaning. The crew worked efficiently, had all of the equipment necessary, and the products used were excellent. Our kitchen sink has never looked so clean, and the cabinets were wiped down, and the hardwood floors polished.
