I started with MM in early spring and it's been a positive experience. I'm usually not home but my daughter who is, say's they are always friendly. Any special requests are done when asked.
Nothing in particular. The technicians are thorough and will select an area on which to focus when needed. I do appreciate the regularity of service and their friendly personalities -- though I don't often see them in person.

Very reliable, leaves the house looking very nice. They come every week. Everyone I have met has been very nice and they don’t care if you haven’t picked up as much as you would’ve liked. I do wish that they could be a little more careful around tight corners as I have seen some damage to the walls and furniture at times.

Great attention to detail! Even my desktop fan was cleaned! Top to bottom, ceiling lights to baseboards were spotless. I liked that the house didn’t smell overly strong of cleaning products. Whatever they used worked very well without harsh chemicals.
