The cleaning team are always pleasant. I have been receiving cleaning services for 3 years now. I get monthly cleanings. There was only 1 time that I wasn't completely satisfied. I emailed Anahi with my concerns and she resolved it in a timely manner. All other cleanings I was completely satisfied and I will continue to have them clean my house.

I asked for a deep clean and Two of the ladies did a wonderful job. The third young lady was OK but thought she could have vacuumed more and Was suppose to do furniture but forgot. the other 2 ladies did it for me. All 3 were very polite and nice. I was pleased with

I like reliability -- Esp. in this time of difficulty with employees that is especially impressive. I like consistency of quality. I like whatever products you use, esp. in the kitchen.

The product they use is great & the home is very clean. Not sure what they're trash disposal is? Sometime all garbage cans are all emptied but other times they are just doubling up with other garbage & not disposed? Don't understand the logic of that? Please explain!
