I'm impressed with the ladies who are here as well as their process. It is such a pleasure to come home to a spanking clean house the days they are here. By and large they get what I see in need of cleaning. They do so much better than I could do at this point so I am very grateful for their hard work.

My only suggestion is they sweep the porch area outside the front door as they leave. That is always tracked in immediately it seems. We live in the country and there will always be tracked in dirt so I try to sweep the porch often.

My other suggestion is when dumping the dirty water into the toilet, they check the bowl as often that leaves a dirty ring at water edge in the bowl. Not always so thinking some ladies do clean up after dumping dirty water. Not a big problem however as I can clean that myself. So minor in the scope of things.

The ladies have been very dutiful and always a delight to welcome in. for the most part they get it all. Some are more thorough than others but all of them clearly a help for what I can no longer do here and manage to care for my husband — and me! No complaints at all!

Product wise what you use seems to do the job. We have hard water and keeping the shower floor and walls white requires something different perhaps but I try to use products I have once in a while.

Our wood floors are no longer sealed so hoping what you use takes that into consideration. Last sealed in 1967.

Totally I appreciate what you all do. Mid day time is best for us. Thanks for that. More than ever we want to stay here vs move to senior apartment and what you do enables that goal.

The ladies are tremendous! Very hard workers.

I am have pleased with the service. Recently, however, there seems to be a bit of not getting everything I anticipated done completed. I was home on Friday and had to ask that the sun room be cleaned. Staff member had to refer to the list to make sure about that. It appears that the steps to the basement and sun room get skipped periodically. Perhapssomeone could call me and we could make sure your list and my list are identical. Thank you in advance.

I really like that you do this cleaning for us. I will take a minute and complain about a few items. You can pass these items on to your staff to make a better system. We have now hired someone to do these things. Maybe it was too much to ask from a cleaning company. However I would have paid more to have these included in your work.

After Merry Maid cleaned we found food in the microwave (don't you clean that?).
A customer found dust bunnies under the beds and gave us one less star.
The doors were left unlocked at the cottage after MMs were there,commented a client.
And windows were all open when a guest arrived.
Lastly wash was left in the washer and my company found it. My nieces said they did not do any wash.
Maybe these items are not assumed by the cleaning people. We have taken care of it for now by hiring someone to check these things. I still am happy you clean for us.

I am happy with Merry Maids service in my home. They show up on time, usually clean well, make accommodations if asked for extra services, and keep me informed of scheduled services.
