I'm home usually so I can see what the ladies are doing. It is important to Doreen and I that things are moved and thoroughly cleaned as both of our grandchildren have allergies/ asthma. We have a hard time with any extra attention that is used to clean a small bathroom on the first floor. We have asked before that no extra attention is necessary in the tiny half-bath. Regular cleaning is enough. This room never needs extra attention. Wish the ladies would consider wiping down the moldings with lemon oil on a rotational basis. It had been done prior and haven't seen it done in awhile. Assumed We could expect this as a usual service included. Enjoy the ladies and truly miss Denise.

When I had an issue, they contacted me and remedied the situation right away. They will do things like put my dishes away and tidy up rooms that are messy (like kids rooms). They do a nice job.
