I appreciate Merry Maids quality of work and the materials they use. Through the years that has gradually changed with their experience and updating of materials. I have appreciated working with the office staff when needed and with the experienced Merry Maids.

Everything seems so clean afterwards. My only complaint right now is such short notice that we WON'T be having a cleaning (the day before!) due to short staff, so we went for a month without any cleaning being done by you, and I'm physically unable to do the heavy stuff. I was told everyone was given the option to stay home or work, so I feel those of us that had the people that chose to "stay home" should have been notified more than our regular phone call the day before, so we could have made other arrangements.
