The girls are thorough but careful. Especially Jodi, the last one cleaning my house. Jodi was extremely careful with everything and yet moved efficiently through the house. I like the fact that Merry Maids is careful with the products used in the house and the girls are all pleasant. The house looks great when they have finished and it is all done on the same day which I could not accomplish at this point and time. I also appreciate the reminder phone call as to when Merry Maids will be arriving to clean.

My main concern is consistency in details, putting things back in their original locations, making sure mirrors are not streaked, making sure tile floors are moped and swept clean of debris. The gals are pretty good to meet these concerns and are receptive to constructive criticism when they don't meet these standards.

Love the scent they use in the sweeper. It is very pleasant and refreshing.

I do not like your products! The toilets are only clean for a few days.

I think the for the most part you all do a good job, certain corners are missed in cleaning our floors. Depending on who is cleaning the demeanor of certain employees could be improved. But overall we are happy with your service.

The girls are friendly and work hard. They have a routine which usually insures that they get every area covered. Their sweeping is excellent. I like the fact they hone in on one area to clean extra every time they come.
