I like to see the crews show up promptly and clean the house. They do a thorough cleaning each time that they are at my house to clean. It is important to me for the same crew to be at my house so it is consistently cleaned. That way the crew knows how I like my house cleaned.

I have been enormously happy with Merry Maids of Fort Wayne. I don't have another company to compare them with, but I am deeply satisfied with their services and their products.

Their follow-up is outstanding. Their office always calls to remind me 24 hours prior to my scheduled cleaning that the lady(ies) will be arriving--times are always consistent. Everyone is well trained, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I generally have the same persons that clean and they are well "versed" in my home and know what to do. I trust everyone completely.

I highly recommend this company. I also have never had a problem with the products they use--no allergic reactions and the cleaning is extremely well done.
