THE LADY THAT CLEANED THE DOWN STAIRS DID A BETTER JOB THEN THE LADY UP STAIRS. THERE WERE SOME THINGS WERE MISSED UP STAIRS BUT WE WOULD CONSIDER USING THE SERVICE AGAIN.

They are good. I would prefer something like a Lysol with bleach product for toilets, but that's my preference. I sure wish I had your vacuum cleaner!

Most maids are very efficient and thorough. A couple are forgetful, have to remind them of what needs done. I like that they DO NOT use harsh smelling chemicals. There is a very light clean smell when they leave.

Staff are professional, friendly, and thorough. They are receptive to suggestions. They do a wonderful job. It's so awesome to have a clean house when they depart.

Don’t care so much for the products. In fact I ask then to use some of mine.

But the women have an amazing work ethic are efficient, on time, friendly and reliable.

I am always happy with Merry Maids, it always looks and smells fresh after they or she leaves.

They work well but I do miss a clean fresh scent.

Constant follow-up--company always confirms day/time period they will come. I live alone so only have to use them every two weeks-and they are good enough to clean certain areas of the home "as needed" since I do not use all the rooms in my home since my husband died.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and etiquette of their employees.
