The ladies do a wonderful job. I open the door and the house smells like a through cleaning was done. My only complaint about Merry Maids is when calling the main office services are not followed through. I asked about four times for my inside oven to be cleaned after four calls I just gave up. I also requested my windows to be cleaned. After many requests the men came and did only the outside windows. The price was also much higher than I was quoted. I will not use Merry Maids for windows. But every visit they do a wonderful job. The ladies are polite and the quality of cleaning is first rate. I always tell my friends Merry Maids is the way to go.
