Consistent and reliable over time. Usually doing a few 'extras'

I found the maids to be very thorough, I continue to find the nice touches that they left behind.

The girls did a very good job. They have to be a little bit more careful when dusting around TV sets. I had two of my TV sets unplugged from the back of the sets I was able to take care of it with no problem. Just mention this to your girls. Very pleased with their work though. Products are good.

The maids show up on time and do a good job. The one thing is since the vacuums are so loud it would be good if you could provide the maids with hearing protection since they use them all the time.

However I do Not like the steady stream of evaluation requests such as this one, you keep sending out. If If I was not satisfied with the service, believe me, I would say so.

I have the same team each time. They do a great job. The office has been very flexible when I’ve needed to change my schedule.

Did what I wanted and on time

The housekeepers are thorough and friendly.
Merry Maids needs to do a better job on scheduling. Workers arrive at the end or after the service window.

The two cleaners were willing to use my household cleaner, and a Merry Maid representative explained the probable cause of the respiratory symptoms I experienced after my house was cleaned.

The ladies work hard, do a consistently good job and are very friendly.

The housekeepers are timely and efficient. They each do a through job and this I appreciate. I would like for them to also use some scented products that will leave a wonderful scent in my. clean house.
