I like that Merry Maids does a thorough service and will do extra if I leave a note with instructions and a gratuity.

My house was cleaned on 5/30/2017 and I was surprised that the quality was not as expected; maybe the staff had an "off day"? The trash had not been taken out and one of the halls had not been mopped. I followed up with MM and included pictures, so the managers could see for themselves.
This certainly won't deter me from using MM; I have been a loyal client since 2003!

The ladies that clean the house are the best. They are fast,clean,and always on time. The products are also very clean smelling when they are done.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the sspcialist who has been cleaning my house these last few weeks. Since Marilena has been coming to clean, my house sparkles. Thank you Merry Maids! I am so happy!

No fragrance when I come home! Please don't use comet on any of my surfaces, though. Am glad you can wrestle the sheets onto our platform bed! Am not sure you separate my paper into the recycling bin, or just collect it in the one trash bag.

I have been a client for years and am very happy with the service. Housekeepers do a thorough job and get into all the nooks and crannies each and every time. Also appreciate being able to reschedule easily, when necessary. Thank you for your excellent service!

The workers were, quiet, quick, friendly and efficient. I was worried about the furniture polish as I use a certain kind however the products Merry Maids used worked and smelled good.

We have been using Merry Maids for 17 years in our homes in Berkeley and now Kensington. The service has been consistently excellent; the adminstation of Merry Maids is precise, punctual and fair; the cleaning ladies have been friendly, polite and hard working; we always have a nice cha when they come to clean, and rave about their attenton to detail and thoroughness! No complains, only raves about their good work!

Kate was very friendly during our initial consultation and she explained the services and products used very well.

The ladies who came to clean our house were very nice and conscious of my napping daughter. They did an amazing job in our house and we are excited to have them come back.

Delightful smell when I get home!

The cleaners are all very pleasant. However, the score is a 9 and not a 10 for two reasons: 1) the "arrival time" varies greatly depending on the team, and 2) the cleaners are not as thorough as I would like. That is, sometimes items are overlooked in the interest of time. For example, picture frames, small lampshades, cobwebs in the corners and wooden blinds are overlooked. Not always, but often enough that I check now.

It's been 4 years now since I first contracted with Merry Maids. Still pleased with the service (always enjoy seeing the lovely ladies arrive), and enjoy the clean smell of my home when they are done!

My team was very good. I found them both very professional and did a fantastic job, I am hoping they will return the next time visit, a job well done.
