I like having the same person, Dana, to clean for me each time, because she knows exactly how i like things done. i doan't have to explain over and over. It is so nice to come in to a clean home.

I like the dependability of always getting cleaning on the scheduled date. I like the fact that the Merry Maids bring all of their cleaning products and tools with them and that they dust and clean high areas in my home like ceiling fans and tall ledges, fire place mantles, etc. I do not have to worry about the security of my home when I am not there; I feel like I can trust the ladies that clean for me. I apprecaite it that they will use a product that I prefer on my floors and do any other tasks I request (within reason, of course). I have 2 small dogs and they are not afraid of my dogs and are kind to them. Having the Merry Maids come once a month forces me to be disciplined in keeping things picked up around the house and not letting it become cluttered. It is a win-win.

Reliable service that meets my expectations 99% of the time and the only issue that I have experienced although minor, was resolved with the next service visit. Glad that the service team has stopped using the round gold stickers on paper towels and tissue, they were an annoyance to me anyway.

I thought Christina was very concientious. Our home smelled wonderful when she was done. It smelled of cinnamon and lemon zest! It was a two day turn around from the time I called and enquired about their services until I had someone here to clean our home. I would use Merry Maid's services again!

I was at first reluctant to use the floor products, as we had requested the maids to use our products, especially on our tile and wood floors. However, we have begun using your products and are very pleased. We especially like the steam method used on all floors.
