The cleaning is consistently good and very thorough. I am not fond of the products used although they seem to clean well but they do not make the home smell clean which is one of the reasons I couldn't rate the cleaning a 10.

Services are fine, I am not too pleased with the product or method used on my kitchen floor.
I usually damp mop it later in the day.
