I wish I could remember the names of the 2 women who helped me but they were very sweet. We chatted a bit about my dog, my pregnancy, and the house I'm moving into (the one they helped me clean). They were friendly, kind, and did a great job deep cleaning the kitchen. They were also able to get more work done in the time they had than I expected. I cannot express how much their work helped give me some peace of mind in such a hectic time.
Our house was super clean. The women worked hard and the house smelled great.
The appointment went very well. Briana arrived on time and went right to work. She was friendly and efficient. Although she was alone, she very speedily cleaned my home.
I would very likely use Merry Maids again and would ask for Briana.

I provided the products for Gina to use, however, she did use a couple of Merry Maid products, which I like/d. They had a nice neutral fragrance and which my husband quickly noticed and commented on. Gina was my cleaner for that day and I couldn't have been more pleased with her service. She went out of her way to make everything right and she even did little extra things, such as, fold back the bathroom tissue as hotels do and she made sure my things were back the way they were. If they even move things to clean under them, most cleaners just pile them up in a bunch. Gina paid attention to detail. She suggested that if/when she came back they we clean a little extra each time. I'm an invalid and cannot get out of bed so my house has not been really cleaned well for about 2 years. I asked her if she would come back and she agreed. I had tried another home cleaning service and was NOT pleased with them, at all. For me, it's important for the same cleaner to return and the other service sent a different person each time.
