I like the dependability and consistency of the staff.

I have very high ceilings and ceiling fans and the Merry Maids always clean them and the door jams and high window ledges. I cannot reach them, nor do I have the correct tools to do the job. I appreciate the courtesy and honesty of the maids that have come into my home to clean.

Grils are very nice and do a good job and I like it when more. Than one comes and they finish early.

They are fine, I have no problem with anything that has been used and no complaints on the services. I did request the steam mop? machine? not be used on my wood material floors due to the steam separating the seams. I supply a regular mop and the ladies use it and it is fine. Thank you.

Merry maids is very dependable and pretty consistent about how they clean. I do not like the products used in the bathroom or furniture though.

With very few exceptions, Merry Maids are thorough, professional and efficient.

We were apprehensive at first and requested our own products, especially on our wood and tile floors. However, we tried them out and like them very much. We recently put new wood laminate on our floors that only require a wet mopping with a special cleaner. Our request was honored with no problem. Your service by Dana continues to be exceptional. She is our usual service provider and she is exceptionally good, but when she is not available for whatever reason, we are not afraid to have others come in our home. All of your ladies do an excellent job.

Reliability. I know that someone will be cleaning my house on the designated day, within
a couple of hours of scheduled time.

The product used in cleaning the toilet bowls is very effective.

Alissa does a wonderful job of vacuuming. Some , probably due to different type of cleaners
and uneven patterns, leaves something to be desired.
