On initial cleaning, my wife and were very dissatisfied. Mirrors streaked, base boards not cleaned, furniture not dusted, cobwebs in bedroom corner. It was supposed to be spring cleaning. But once we informed merry maids, they corrected issue very quickly. No one is perfect and we understand that, were very satisfied with prompt and courteous service
