My dad loves that his house is clean

Maria and her partner are efficient and keep the house clean. (Our getting it organized is another story!). With 2 cats, cleaning up the dust 'bunnies' is a job in itself, but when they leave, all the bunnies have been cleaned up.

Maria is not just a house cleaner, but also a friend. She and all of the helpers she's worked with are friendly, courteous, and sometimes too polite. I prefer 'First name removed' to Mr. Last name removed, but you have them very well trained.

With my disability and Camilla's work and school schedule, we need someone like Maria and Merry Maids to do the on-going heavy duty things such as the bathrooms and floors. Do they do the same thing we would do, no. But, when I was healthy and Camilla wasn't heavily scheduled, we would literally use toothbrushes and Q-tips along with the normal cleaning supplies.

Can, or even should, Merry Maids do cleaning like that; I don't believe so. First of all, we would normally spend a full day on just one or two rooms. Maria works quickly and efficiently, so that level of detail would probably only take her a few hours per room.

We couldn't afford to pay for such detailed coverage in each room, and Merry Maids couldn't logistically manage the staff level if everyone wanted that obsessive level of attention to detail.

End of my rant for today.

Bottom line is Maria and Janee are friendly, efficient, and keep our house clean. Perhaps as, if not more, importantly, we trust them alone in our home. I have recommended your services to several people over the years. Whether they contacted you I don't know. But, if someone asks me for an opinion on a cleaning company, I send them to you.

Merry Maids, you lose really good people to higher paying, benefits jobs. I’d love to see more stability within Merry Maids and be able to expect my team to be intact.
