The bathrooms are cleaned very well. Kitchen looks so beautiful after they clean it. The rest of the house looks great, thank you so much. Really like the two ladies that were here on the 1st of June.

I have been with Merry Maids for approximately 25 years. My experience overall has been that I’ve been extremely satisfied. As new people come on with Merry Maids until they understand Merry Maids protocol— and follow it — it has been a little bumpy at times. But, so long as Merry Maids Protocol is followed and they take pride in their work I have been completely satisfied. The team that I have now is well seasoned and always follows protocol. But I have been with Merry Maids for so long is telling. And, as a client I remind myself that everybody has bad days and no one is perfect all of the time. I hope that I’m always respectful of that.

I was so glad to see Maria. I just can't clean my bathrooms anymore due to physical limitations. I managed while she wasn't here. But I can sure tell the difference when she gets done. The products she uses are great and smell wonderful. I am happy with my service.

The ladies worked diligently the entire time they were in the house. Whenever I pointed out some task they had missed, they immediately took care of it. The only reason I did not give a rating of 10 is that the cleaner they used on the interior of the windows left a lot of smears.
